There isn't much content for Sims Medieval - apparently, it didn't sell all that well (which is a pity, as some ideas they had were excellent.) There are no gameplay mods that I know of, so you'll be following the usual questlines (and bedding everyone in your kingdom), only with mods you can do it naked and/or with 3D nipples. Nothing like Nraas utilities or KinkyMod here, I'm afraid, just some revealing clothing. Sexysims.info has a couple of mods. Like, erm, there's two of them, one male one female.

Sims Medieval Code

Someone on this site has converted Medieval skins for use in Sims3 IIRC, but I doubt they made stuff for Sims Medieval. Oh and some search results mentioned modthesims.info, but that one refuses to load on my PC currently. I did find a forum that claims to list TSM mods, maybe you'll have more luck loading the site. (I did not test the 'female default skin with nipples and hair' download though.) I also found this, but I think I hated this site (because they try to sell shit, and you get to download EXE files, not.7z, which I found suspicious). Well maybe you can find something.
